We at the State of Missouri Department of Agriculture are doing a 10,000 Garden Challenge through AgriMissouri. Any type of garden is eligible – flower or food, container or in the ground. We just want to see that the intent is there to grow a garden in 2011. It doesn’t have to be planted just a commitment to plant this spring and summer.
There is 1 $ 500.00 Gift Certificate being given away for every 1000 gardens that register- a total of 10 gift certificates ($ 5000.00)when we make it to 10,000. It is a random drawing from each of the groups of 1000.
Then you click on Register and put in the information, so that the garden will be plotted on the map of Missouri.
